Field-service platform for a French cleaning company — admin, agents and clients in one app
SmartClean is the operations platform behind a professional cleaning company based in Bordeaux. One codebase serves three very different roles. Admins run the business — 117 users across agents, sector managers and clients, 200+ worksites both recurring and one-off, contracts, hourly rates and a KPI dashboard. Agents see only their missions: today's jobs, a live clock-in/clock-out per intervention, and their earnings calculated at their own hourly rate. Clients get a self-service space to raise intervention requests, follow their worksites and read their contracts. A public marketing site with the service catalogue and account signup completes the product. Everything is in French, and every screen has a tablet layout.

200+ chantiers, recurring or one-off, grouped by the request that created them, each with its hourly rate and intervention history.
Live time tracking
Clock-in and clock-out per intervention with in-progress, finished and absent states, filterable by day, week, agent or worksite.
Recurring schedules
Weekly recurrence rules that generate dated interventions ahead of time, each priced from duration × hourly rate.
Client self-service
A multi-step request form covering site type, client type, contact, access instructions, duration and recurrence.
Incident reporting
Agents raise incidents against a worksite; admins triage them by type and status and record who resolved them.
KPI dashboard
Pending client requests, live interventions, jobs completed today, active contracts and earnings, all on one screen.
Public marketing site
Responsive service catalogue, trust metrics and account signup in French, with a language switcher.
